The 4800r is a self-contained and closed-circuit plant that was developed for quick jobs. The rear discharge conveyor on this plant is ideal for the recycling industry because it allows the material to flow naturally through the impactor and then onto a pan feeder and gently introduced into the conveyor belt. The cross belt magnet will help eliminate steel and any other material that might be present. The 6’x14′ screen is properly sized to optimize this plant’s true potential.

Self Contained

Self-contained

Lippmann 4800r Plants come equipped with a C13 diesel unit and motor control center panel. The Tier 4 Final units are equipped with a 175kW generator responsible for powering all on-board electric motors.

Steel Removal

An added benefit of the 4800r portable plant is the cross-belt magnet. Available as a self-cleaning permanent magnet or an electromagnet, these units excel at removing rebar from crushed material prior to the sizing screen.

Belt Protection

In all recycle applications, belt protection is a serious issue that can dampen production. The Lippmann 4800r plant include a vibrating pan feeder mounted directly below the 4248i-p impactor designed to combat belt tears. Pan feeders include two vibrating motors allowing material to be metered onto the main discharge conveyor.

Increased Capacity

Customers looking to increase capacity over a typical 4800i closed circuit plant would be wise to consider a 2-chassis layout. This configuration replaces the on-board 5’x10′ screen with a 6’x20′ portable screen plant.
