On-site track plant mobility and easy transportability shouldn’t mean you need to settle for less crushing capacity. Lippmann engineers have designed a lower profile, high capacity Jaw that features an extra wide feed opening, is lighter in weight, yet still offers the lifetime strength and reliability you expect from a Lippmann.

  • Massive 62” x 20’ Feeder, Huge Hopper Capacity
    We teamed this 3862 Jaw with a massive Lippmann 62” x 20’ feeder, incorporating extra heavy-duty hydraulic folding hopper extensions ready to handle all that up to a 990 size loader can feed it.
  • High Capacity Mobility Tough Enough for Mining
    We developed a torsion resistant chassis like no other, built to stand up to vibration, fatigue and stress with big oversized tracks for any terrain. Our direct crusher drive gear transmission system (instead of hydraulic) significantly increases productivity, power efficiency, and reduces fuel consumption. Twin VDP pumps are employed for hydraulics. The 60” wide x 42’–6” discharge conveyor moves more material faster. Automatic process control, built in fault diagnostics, simple one screen operation with remote to 300 yards all make operation easy. When you’re ready to transport, minimum plant dismantling is required.

  • 5165LP Horizontal Impact Crusher
    Lippmann’s large 5165LP Horizontal Impactor’s 40” x 66” feed opening accepts massive, abrasive material and features a robust 51” x 65” wide rotor that’s built tough – thick ribs, extra large backing beams, and four replaceable three flip hammers secured by heavy jacking bolts. The crusher offers a high ratio of reduction, easy adjustment, and produces a highly cubical product. Wear components provide long life due to advanced metallurgy.
  • Vibrating Grizzly Feeder and Double Deck Scalper
    Mounted on a proven tough, vibration, fatigue and torsional resistant module chassis, this track plant features a 10’ 6” variable speed, heavy-duty vibrating grizzly feeder with hydraulic folding hopper, teamed with an independent double deck 8’-2” grizzly scalper screen, ideal for producing multiple products. A removable discharge conveyor has hydraulic raise and lower for operation and transport. Magnetic separator is available.

  • Triple Power Match Drive System and the 3252 Jaw
    Many hydraulically-driven crawler plants are notorious for low production, relative to mechanically driven, direct-drive, wheelmounted plants. Lippmann’s proven direct crusher drive gear transmission system provides the best possible power efficiency from two rear output points, and employs twin VDP pumps for hydraulics. The result is reduced fuel consumption and greater system efficiency.
  • A Tough Chassis System
    Lippmann’s oversized track drives provide high mobility on any terrain. While many manufacturers use the crusher box as the tie brace between chassis and frame, this can cause excess vibration to the jaw’s bearing housing which could lead to bearing failure, catastrophic mainframe failure, or common structural problems under the feeder. A Lippmann chassis is fabricated of square, hot rolled carbon steel, equally strong both vertically and horizontally.  Numerous cross members prevent vibration fatigue and stress .  The gearbox housing is fixed to the chassis module, just like a bulldozer’s, so the track frames don’t go their separate way when changing direction under severe load.

    Easy to use information is displayed on one screen with single button process start, automatic process control, and built-in fault diagnostics. Operation is by remote control from up to 300 yards. Override umbilical option for emergency or service use is also available.

    easy to access. The grease points, where necessary, are equipped with grease hoses
    for easy access. Service platforms are located for easy access to machine components.

    in the field. Belt drives and conveyor nip points are well protected. Service platforms
    are designed with operator safety in mind. The IC700 control system incorporates

    Diesel engines comply with EC Stage IIIA / EPA tier 3 emission regulations. They offer
    lower fuel consumption over rivals in its class per ton produced, due to the TPT power
