3062 Portable Primary Recycle Jaw Plant
The 3062 jaw plant offers a huge 30” x 62” feed opening, allowing for massive slabs of concrete to be fed with minimal material preparation. The addition of an automatic hydraulic toggle to the crusher reduces hang-ups due to tramp iron, which otherwise causes downtime and a dramatic drop-off in productivity. This plant comes standard with an oversized 62” x 18’ vibrating grizzly feeder lined with abrasion-resistant steel to stand up to the most difficult recycle applications.

  • Portable Recycle Conveyor
    An available option for this crushing spread is a 60” x 35’ portable recycle conveyor. This conveyor features a 48” x 78” pan feeder, installed to eliminate tears in conveyor belting due to foreign debris. Atop the discharge end of the conveyor is a powerful in-line self cleaning magnet capable of removing rebar and unwanted steel from the crushing circuit.

For multi-stage recycling, Lippmann has designed the 5165LS Secondary Impactor Plant to both screen and crush material. This plant pairs excellently with the 3062 and recycle conveyor, allowing material to be passed directly from the primary crusher to the 6’x20’ screen deck of the impactor plant. This powerful secondary crushing/screening plant is capable of scalping out three sizes of material while sending all oversized material to the heavy-duty 5165LS impactor..

4800CC Closed Circuit Plant
The Lippmann-Milwaukee 4800CC Closed Circuit plant is a completely self-contained, crushing and sizing unit that is capable of being transported in one tow-away load. At the core of the 4800CC plant is the Lippmann 4248LP primary impact crusher. Due to its heavy duty rotor and large feed opening, this crusher is capable of high reduction ratios while maintaining a highly cubical finished product. The crusher is fed by a 47” x 16’ vibrating grizzly feeder. The rugged, lined feeder can stand up to feed materials of various sizes, while constantly handling re-circulated material.

  • Sizing Multiple Scaleable Products
    Material passing through the impactor is rear discharged onto an oversized 48” conveyor, feeding a 62” x 10’ double deck screen. The 4800CC plant is capable of screening out three sizes of materials. The first and second decks are discharged onto 20” cross conveyors, while fines are discharged through an under-screen chute. The plant has been designed to easily allow for off plant conveyors to be positioned at all material discharge sites. Oversized material is re-circulated on a 20” return conveyor, feeding back onto the 4716 feeder for additional crushing.
  • Extremely High Reduction Ratios
    The 4800CC plant is an excellent choice in recycling operations. Whether crushing rebar riddled concrete or ripped asphalt, the 4800CC plant is capable of producing extremely high reduction ratios. In an application where metals and rebar needs to be removed from material, a permanent self-cleaning magnet can be installed to side discharge unwanted debris from the crushing circuit.

When larger production is required, Lippmann can offer a 4800CC plant in combination with a 6’x20’ off plant screen. This separate screen plant has been designed to be backed up to the rear of 4800 plant and align with the re-circulating conveyor, successfully completing the closed circuit concept.  Both diesel and electric units are available.t.

Lippmann-Milwaukee’s larger 6500 Impactor Crushing Plant is a true workhorse that delivers up to a 100% increase over the 4800 range of competitive impactor plants. The 6500 series contains a heavy- duty 5165 primary impactor and a larger 60” x 18’ vibrating grizzly feeder.

  • Optimized Material Flow Design
    Through years of careful analysis, Lippmann-Milwaukee engineers have re-engineered the product flow of the 6500 plants, resulting in even higher production rates. Many portable impactor plants fall victim to forcing crushed material to turn in order to exit the plant. This can lead to costly bottlenecks of material, especially in a recycle application. The continuous flow design of the Lippmann-Milwaukee series plants allows crushed material and rebar to bend and flow quickly through the crushing circuit.
  • Versatility
    A distinct advantage that the 6500 plant offers to customers is the easy conversion between aggregate and recycle applications. Below the primary impactor unit is a heavy-duty 48”x78” pan feeder. This pan feeder acts as additional guarding for the conveyor belting and helps promote material flow in recycle applications. This unit also allows for the installation of a 36” x 60” self-cleaning permanent magnet for foreign steel removal.
