Screen and Cone Plants

Lippmann strives to offer customers turn-key solutions to their crushing applications. Lippmann portable jaw plants have gained much acclaim over the years, but our secondary and tertiary plants are also drawing considerable attention. Whether it is a secondary impactor/screen plant or a tertiary in-and-out cone plant, Lippmann is capable of fabricating a custom portable plant to suit any application.

Rock Box Docking Station

In truly enormous applications, Lippmann has designed rock box structures that permit portable jaw plants to dock directly below the structure. Rock boxes allow for multiple dumps into the system without interrupting the crushing circuit.

Larger Capacity

In a large crushing scenario, the capacity of the primary crusher is vital to the continuous crushing of the system. To overcome shortfalls in capacity, Lippmann engineers have designed removable hopper extensions that can be mounted to any custom portable plant. These extensions allow for larger buckets to be used while feeding material and can increase capacity by 50%. Extended Front Discharge

Lippmann strives to design their plants as system compatible as possible. An option derived from this concept is the extended front discharge conveyor available on custom portable plants. While using a plant equipped with an extended discharge conveyor, customers have the ability to move between stages in their rock crushing circuit without the use of off plant conveyors. The discharge height allows for seamless material discharge onto feeders and screen decks in a multi-stage crushing circuit.

Hydraulic Hopper Removal System

This newly designed Lippmann option was created to eliminate costly crane rentals and keep set-up/tear-down time to a minimum. When it comes time to move the plant for transit, and operator will now have the capability to lower the jack legs, lifting the module from the chassis of the plant. The plant is then pulled out from beneath the hopper module and the hopper module can be lowered onto a trailer.
