5165LP Portable Impactor Plants

The Lippmann 5165LP primary portable crushing plant is a standard, cost effective unit for primary recycling of concrete or asphalt. Various lengths of Lippmann feeders are available, as well as a discharge pan feeder under the crusher. The 5165LP can also be used in the primary crushing of medium aggregate and sand and gravel applications.

The 5165LS is a secondary recycle or aggregate plant which performs well with Lippmann’s 3062 Jaw Plant in a two-stage recycle crushing application, or with a Lippmann 3048 Jaw Plant in a two-stage aggregate crushing operation. The 5165LS is available with double or triple deck screen.

The 5165LX impactor plant was designed as a hybrid option capable of performing in both primary and secondary applications. This impactor incorporates the robust features of the 5165LP impactor while offering wear characteristics comparable to the 5165LS.

For truly high tonnage applications Lippmann created the 5860LP impactor. The largest of Lippmann’s primary impactor models, the 5860 portable plant allows operators to reach tonnages that are typically reserved for stationary applications

5165LP Portable Jaw Plant
Standard Features
  • Rotor Assembly:
    • Fabricated rotor consisting of alloy shaft, large center tube,
    • (Five) 5” thick ribs (four) extra-large backing beams and welded retainers.
    • (Four) replaceable wear resistant 5” thick hammers.
    • (Twenty) Hammer shoe assemblies with 1 ¼” jacking bolts for secure hammer retention.
    • Each hammer has (four) wear positions (three flips) for maximum hammer utilization.
    • (Two) self-aligning 7” steel pillow block bearings.
    • The bearings are protected by Non-rupturable Labyrinth seals.
    • The rotor is statically balanced in the factory to insure smooth operation.

    Crusher Frame:

    • Upper and Lower crusher frames constructed of 3/4”steel plate.
    • Replaceable 1 ¼” wear resistant alloy steel frame liners.
